Process Flow

Draw steel wire from the tire ring by Tire wire drawing machine—if the diameter of tire is bigger than 900mm, can choose to use tire cutting machine to cut the tire to several pieces--- put the small tires or pieces into tire shredder to make tire blocks—put the tire blocks to the tire crusher to make rubber powder—finished rubber powder.

Both rollers are grooved which can improve the output.

Roller material is Alloy 5Cr6MnMo.

Advantage of our rollers 

1)The material of our rollers adopts 5Cr6MnMo,which is very strong and wear resistant. It is life-long time using, no need to change, only welding and polishing after long time using. 2)Our both rollers are grooved, the crush ability is stronger. While most others use one grooved roller, one smooth roller and they usually adopt cast iron or cast steel for the rollers, so it will be very easy to break. 3)The speed ratios of our rollers is 1:2.5, others are 1:1.30. As we all know, the bigger speed ratio difference is,the bigger friction, and the bigger capacity you get. 4)The guaranty time of our rollers is 3years.

Advantage of our bearing

Our tire crusher has 8pieces double row long ball rolling bearing. This kinds of operation mode not only greatly reduce the friction and heat of the equipment, improve the work efficiency and working life of the equipment, but also reduce the energy loss, save 1/3 power consumption than traditional rubber equipment. For example, producing 1000kg rubber powder, our machine electricity consumption is only 150°-180°, while others’ electricity consumption is about 250- 280°.

Our reducer is Hyperbola gear reducer, which have double row gears, it has the advantage of large carrying capacity, long working life, low noise, good sealing and easy to installation and use. While most others are still use ZQ reducer or planetary gear, there is only one row gear, the twisting force is smaller than ours.
