Production line description:
Automatic feeding by Elevator → Heating by Intermediate frequency furnace → Feeding by Feeding manipulator → Forming by Stamping machine → Taking out by Receiving manipulator → Finished nuts.
Description of the process sequence: Manually pour the workpiece into the hopper of the feeder. After the feeder is lifted, the workpiece is automatically slid down to the inlet of the intermediate frequency furnace in a row. The cylinder pushes the workpiece into the intermediate frequency furnace. After the workpiece is heated, the outlet is positioned when the temperature is normal, the feeding manipulator grabs the workpiece, and after grabbing the workpiece, it rotates 90 degrees to send the workpiece into the mold. After the fingers of the manipulator are retracted, the hydraulic press starts to forge. After the forging is formed, the hydraulic press ejects the product from the lower die to a certain height , the receiving manipulator stretches out its arm to clamp the workpiece, lifts it up first, then retracts the arm, and finally puts the product into the storage box.
