HR6-12mm zero error steel wire straightening cutting machine
Product introduction:
HR6-12mm zero error steel wire straightening and cutting machine is used to straightening all kinds of 6-12mm steel wires, and then cut it into the needed length. It can do a prepare work before bending. HR6-12 have advantages of high-precision, high-speed, small-size and etc.It is more suitable for processing factory.
Product characteristic:
1. This product adopts traction with adjustable speed which ensure the reliability of feeding. And it can avoid the impact of steel bars.
2. Straightening wheel. Its square cutter and circle cutter are made of superior alloy steel which have been heat-treated. It can work under the heavy loading and has long using life.
3. This machine adopts CNC operating system. It can stop working after the setting quantity finished. This machine is zero error working style which can save more material than the straightening and cutting machines before.
Advantages of the machine:
It has the functions of automatic counting, pre-setting cutting amount, stop working after finished working and etc. Compared with other suppliers, the straightening frame uses hot rolling process, better appearance, stronger rigidity and better straightening result.
