Continuous Mesh Belt Furnace
The production line is suitable for light-hardening, thin-layer carburizing and other heat treatment of ferrous metal parts in light industry, textile, hardware tools, bearings, chains, standard parts, self-tapping screws and other industries under the control of controlled atmosphere. The treated parts have the advantages of bright surface, no decarburization, uniform hardness and no deformation. The production line has the characteristics of easy adjustment of process parameters, pollution-free, remarkable energy saving and high productivity.
The process flow: manual feeding → heating and heat preservation → oil quenching → lifting → cleaning → tempering
