Product Introduction:
The OTR tire cutter belong to waste tire recycling machine, it is used to cut large OTR tires /giant engineering tires to smaller pieces. It can deal with all kinds of nylon tires, radial tire (<= 4000 mm diameter).
The OTR cutter is composed of motor, hydraulic system, oil cylinder, one pair of blade, frame and rotating body etc.
The basic principle is: motor drive hydraulic system and the cylinder place the tire on the blade, two blades rotating blades forming shear, achieve the effect of shear. This hydraulic oil cylinder has a very big power, so it can cut the 8-10cm steel wire which is mix within the OTR tire.
